Built and managed press-ready files for West Marine’s national catalogs — 800+ pages per edition, plus seasonal and regional versions. Owned the prepress workflow: preflight, color management, trapping, imposition and plate-ready delivery, working directly with the printer to keep error rates under 1% across every edition. Also produced in-store signage and retail collateral for 300+ stores.
